Fermentation in new oak barrels gives the wine its richly toasted vanilla and caramel aroma. Nuances of dried fruits, hazelnuts and honey provide the wine with a delicious complexity. Full-bodied, rounded and dense, yet somehow crisp at the same time. Tropical flavors give way to a flinty mineral quality. This wine stands out for its smooth and complex structure, resulting in a long and lingering finish.
